See this is the shit that makes me put my phone down so much.

There is so much emotionalism in social media, you can't trust it anymore than youdtrust Fox news. It's easy to call the next person reactionary and blind to the facts until you find yourself doing the same thing on the other end of an issue.

People get on social media in a rush to criticize and condemn the very individuals they should ideally be aligned with be ause of some perceived slight but in the middle of their eagerness to call someone else "wrong", they don't stop to think, 'Damn, what if someone screenshots the shit I'm saying right now and uses it against me?'.

People know what they tweet can be used against them. In this case tho rocky was stupid as hell and people don’t feel as bad for him. Is that wrong?

I'd be willing to bet you most people who use social media don't think about the consequences of their posts. They post with the presumption that anything that comes back to bite them, they can just delete it and pretend they never said it in the first place.

Most people aren't Rocky either. They aren't famous and rich under the ever judgemental microscope of the public waiting to "cancel" them over being "wrong".

The public is hypocrisy.

So yeah... it sucks for him he got locked up but that's a him problem.
