So you guys finally know the feeling.

When I first got online and frequenting message boards circa 1999 Everybody was talking about Jay Z, DMX, Eminem, Dipset, No Limit was starting to die down but Cash Money was picking up steam. And later the Jay vs Nas beef, 50 Cent vs Game, etc. I was the old school cat that was always talking about how KRS and Rakim are the GOATs and how dope they were 10-15 years prior. I'm talking about in between the fall of No Limit and when 8 Mile was released. Or Eminem's so-called Trifecta.


Now, 15-20 years later you guys know the feeling; Somebody that dropped heat 15 years ago but hasn't made a good record in a minute, in the meanwhile new MCs are coming out and you can't comprehend their style.

That's the exact feeling that I had in the early 00s


You guys awaiting a Young Jeezy album in 2020 is like me awaiting a KRS or Rakim album in 2001.
