There's a difference between getting caught up in a shitty contract and sacrificing your nephew for minority ownership of a basketball team. Only ppl like Jay get accused of the latter with no proof other than YouTube videos by religious zealots and closeted self hating racists. Aside from all that... Musk is an illegal immigrant that just secured a position in Trump's administration yet Tim Scott, Byron Donalds and them dudes still haven't gotten a spot. Affirmative action was recently made unconstitutional and DEI is now used as a derogative for non white ppl in powerful positions. On November 5th millions of ppl in this country screamed at the mountain top that they fear non white success... they just use ppl like Jay to project their own fears. If you believe it isn't a race thing that just means the programming is working.

I 1000% support Jay distancing himself after the charges brought up on Diddy. I would do the same thing, idc how long I've known someone. Rape is unforgiveable
If Jay is guilty, fuck em for life and throw away the key. But if he's innocent he deserves for justice to be served

That means either two things to me: either he's dead or in jail. Last time I saw him he was doing pretty bad. Maybe he got caught up
I check his socials and he hasn't been active in years but there's no RIP posts. It was a few of us in a group chat but he would never respond.
So I type his name into OTIS (offender tracking information system)
Double check the birthday, they check out. It's the same person
I check his charges and he has committed one of the worst crimes imaginable
He has 3 counts of sexual assault involving a minor, 13 or under
My heart dropped. I instantly felt sick. Knowing that I have a daughter and he's met her. Someone I considered a friend had done something so evil. It's one of, if not the worst crimes someone can commit
I have zero empathy for him. He deserves every single minute behind bars
