You're right, but coming into it from her point of view they took a show which was a spinoff about her character from Perfect Strangers and completely centered it around a character that was supposed to be in one episode. There was also some behind the scenes issues as far as her wanting to direct episodes and what not

According to multiple reports from outlets like BET, Hubert's son recently attempted suicide. What's odd about this story is that the actress is accusing Smith of being responsible for her son's actions. "Dear Will... you destroyed my life with your lies... YOU win my son is in the hospital. #suicideattempt. #F**KYOUWORLD!" Hubert's Facebook message read before it was deleted. In fact, the actress' entire Facebook account is now gone.
