NBA superstar James Harden is facing a lawsuit for allegedly orchestrating an attack on NBA Hall of Famer Moses Malone’s son Moses Malone Jr. In the filed lawsuit Malone Jr claims that Harden paid a group of men $20,000 to rob him(Malone Jr) at a nightclub in Houston called VLive. The incident occurred last July where 4 men were charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Court documents reveals that one of the men told Malone Jr that he “disrespected Harden and needed to be punished”. Originally Malone Jr sued the nightclub for the incident claiming that the bouncers directed him to the group of men. Harden’s lawyer released a statement saying that Malone’s previous lawsuit failed when he realized the people he sued had no money so he’s looking for someone with deeper pockets to sue.
