You can tell in her eyes she gone fam, like facially she looks like she is using, plus she spoken about having issues from the past before my G.

Your talking about a isolated event with the tat, what others including myself is referring to is multiple things in a vacuum adding up that's pointing to a potentially more serious issue for her.
