That’s the new narrative and rebuttal from Cole stans against the Fat Joes, Mals, AKs or anybody else that think Cole is pussy. That Kendrick never dissed him, never called him out, Cole didn’t back out of the battle, he backed out of the “mess”.

To answer your question, he got dissed imo or at a minimum, he caught a jab

A man can't say, "fuck the big 3, nigga it's just me" and Cole isn't impacted

I'm not saying anything new but I think Cole didn't realize just how much disdain Kendrick had for Drake and thought it was just on some shit said on wax. So if he got a call or whatever to fall back cause it was about to go a completely different way, then I think that's ok

I disagree with him apologizing on stage for public consumption. That could've been a call between them

I totally agree with the bolded. Cole could’ve deleted the track and just said we ain’t on that.

But the apology and the glazing at his own festival is what I think everybody can’t let go. Imagine Jay-Z apologizing to Jadakiss at Summerjam. And you can see why niggas kicking Cole back in.

Like That has become one of my favourite jams in the last two years or thereabouts


I mean that line... I was of the personal opinion that Cole and Drake should've taken that line on the song with a shrug


They all started out as young men in their 20s to global superstars in their mid to late 30s ... Some of them becoming parents

You, like Cole, severely underestimated Kendrick's angst towards Drake

Drake had been subbing Kendrick for years until he finally had enough. Drake took the bait cause he thought shit was sweet while making the mistake that Kendrick was on the same tier of Meek.
