Stan Lee has no control whatsoever over Marvel Studios or Marvel Comics and hasn't since 1996. He is recognised as one of the 3 main guys who turned Timely into Marvel Comics and helped create a lot of classic characters, but he's not been more than a cheque collector and creator in emeritus since then. Spider-Man as a movie franchise is controlled by Sony and Marvel, so those films are under the remit of Thomas Lyton and Kevin Feige.

I realise you're trying to make a joke, but it doesn't work in reality because Stan Lee is not top dog in control of fuck all these days, it's not like Striparella has had the legacy of The X-Men.
