In the winter, ya. People just toss a quick "bundle up" your way. But plenty of people already don't drink enough water. Put em outside for a while at 90°+ and they slowly get fucked up. Especially older people... they act like they can't sit their ass still sometimes. Be 65 and outside doing yard work for hours and don't realize until they get inside they feel bad.

I've heard "I didn't realize how hot I was getting" plenty of times. Haven't heard much "I such realize how cold I was getting".

I get the less fortunate that may not be able to avoid it but for the others it’s damn there common survival sense if your an adult. Know the signs and know your body. Stay hydrated don’t think you can go out drinking heavily the night before then turn around and be productive in a heat wave the next and not stay hydrated.. quick receipt for disaster which usually leads to the advisories, unnecessary common sense safety meetings etc. Nobodies gonna frown upon you taking a few minutes break and drinking a water unless your purposely abusing that shit:

I hear you, just heat is different. Fuck around and hit the beach with some drinks. Booze is drying you out, the heat is slowly drying you out, potentially without you really noticing at the time. People already get dehydrated all the time just in everyday life. Make it hot as hell and I'm not surprised when people get messed up.

It’s one of those things thats just common sense for most like remembering to breathe. Unfortunately some need to have their hand held in regards to this which is very much a shame.

I guess so. But having a healthy diet, exercising, and not drinking or smoking will help prevent a lot of health issues and plenty of people don't do that. Staying properly hydrated is kind of the same thing.

Every summer there's a "heatwave" somewhere in Europe and all you hear is Europeans complaining about the heat and how they don't have air conditioning. Every June, July, and August it's the same thing.

34 Celsius breaking records in the UK. Thats a regular summer over here.
Cool so Canada is set up for those temperatures while they're not common in Europe so housing, schools transport, hospitals are not buildings are designed to keep the heat inside because these temperatures shouldn't happen. But I suspect you know this and chose to be wild

I understand but at this point people should prepare and adapt to the changes.

That's the dilemma if everyone gets air con it requires more energy which adds to the climate crisis and then when will it stop. PLUS You are talking about countries changing everything no country is rich enough to do that
