I took this pic last week during the blizzard. I saw her at the light in shorts and couldn't get my camera fast enough to get a good shot, but... Yeah, these folks exist. One of my cousins said that her husband was like this until a few years ago. Mans was out in shorts and a regular ass hoodie every winter, and he's Mexican so I really don't understand that shit.
