Bullshit, the kid wouldn't be hampered going from one to the other in any way shape or fashion.

But if it's so fuckin bad, then give custody to the father 'cause clearly the momma is incapable of pullin her weight to take care of the child. I mean, that's how it used to be back inna day: Father's were automatically granted custody because they were best able to care for their children.

North Carolina don’t play that shit especially if the mother lives in another state..

My baby mom live in Fl. and she tried to sue me for more money, NC told her I already give her more than enough money, and they’re not about to take away from my wife and kids that I have here just cause she want to be greedy..
 
I remember mediating this shit between a ex couple... homie was paying what the courts required him to pay and giving her an extra 500 a month just cause.... she took him him to mediation because she wanted him to pay for soccer or some shit .... he like yo I already give u an extra 500.00.....wtf are we doing here..... that shit took like 9 hours

Nevada has a maximum cap of $1,115 a month. The only way you're gonna get hit with that is if you're making over $177K/year, otherwise it's gonna be much less.

Making $2 mil a year? $1115 a month.
Making $100 mil a year? $1115 a month.

That's the sane way to do the shit.

This is always my answer moving forward. Get joint or full custody otherwise you at the whim of what the other parent is or is not doing.
