Not the same name, not the same person = "Except I didn't"

And really, this is an international news and politics thread, at least that's what it says on the door. Therefore, something like this that appears to be politically motivated is allowable whether you like its content or not.

Yes because posting something with a clear motive is truly representational of the news and not a narrative someone is pushing.. lmao

Regardless, its not the first time I've heard this sentiment echoed by Brits from different walks of life. I have two Guyanese cousins that grew up in Brixton and Herne Hill that have mentioned that its definitely concerning to them as well, one of whom asked if we feel the same way considering that we have the highest concentration of people from the Middle East in the world outside of the Middle East itself (we don't, we ain't worried about them muhfuckas taking over shit).

Is any of it true tho?

Considering that China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Israel all have agents in place here in the US ready to act a fool, is it so hard to believe that it could also happen in a country smaller than the state I live in???

Y'all do have a fuckton of Mosques there, including one on Isle of Lewis; a tiny island north of Scotland, as well as the largest mosque in the world that's not in a Muslim country in Gibraltar.

Wherever there are practising Muslims, there will be a mosque for people to worship. There's no deep state takeover. Many people in government are based in the UK because, at one stage, Britain colonised their country, creating an instant connection, and they are now Second-Generation Brits.

The right likes to simplify immigration. In the last census, the Asian population was less than 9% there was a poll where 55% of Brits said Immigration is a huge problem and it needs to be controlled. However, only 4% reported it as an issue in their local area. So this shows it's been exaggerated by the right and Twitter etc, but also governments are pandering and not appearing to do "enough" to control it or speak about the pyramid of an ageing population and Taxes.

Finally, not enough funding is going to ESOL courses and means for Older immigrants to be integrated (I work in Education and thats the most popular courses, but has the least amount of spaces)
 


The administration has plans to give Argentina which is full of German nationals from the Hitler era a 20 billion loan . This loan will do nothing to actually help Argentina. The only country that could help Argentina sell it's beef & agricultural products is China & Washington want to get Argentina away from the grips of the Chinese. Will Argentina play it smart and go with China or will it be dumb & go with it's white savior America ?
