it's almost over, the beginning of the ending
too much race blending, op sending, and gender bending
not enough fending by the melanated people descending
from slavery.... your bravery.... is pending
plantation minds make for achin behinds
your dignity was confiscated, they ain't takin mine
they shut the door on you knowing that you'll stay in line
knowing that you know their agenda's a waste of time
Black empowerment means you are Black n proud of it
anything less only reveals your Cowardice
your souls are void, the oppressor devoured them
tears of a tapdancer hidden while you're showerin
but still you coon.... undeterred and unabated
i choose to stay woke, because insomnia is underrated
