Wouldn't the best strategy to be get as many things you want with each election cycle vs just one?

So humor me, you get reparations this election cycle. Then you want them to, IDK, let every black person get a Maybach next cycle. Are you just gonna withhold your vote for the next ___ voting cycles until you die?

The issue with this approach is that it comes at the expense of other things

If free healthcare is on the table but you have to choose between this or reparations, you're going to choose reparations. Ok so now you have that, you're going to have to spend that to cover your healthcare

But why not vote for both?
