It's rare that I see people playing but the times I do I wish I knew how to play so I could at least know WTF is going on or possibly play if I wanted to.

I wish I knew how to play chess as a kid. I think its a lot life lessons that could be learned from playing that game that could help kids and adults with how they decide to move around in the world. I'm still not good at chess cause I really don't know strategy and I don't always think a few moves ahead. I don't play it often enough to improve. Fucked up thing is most of my family who knows how to play chess learned in prison and got good cause they played everyday while they were locked up. My uncle taught me the basics of chess years ago and I have great board but don't get to play often.

Chess is fun. My daughter wants to play all the time since she learned. She get frustrated tho.
