TBH Im not that bothered... in some circumstances if I gave something away and the person went and sold it as a quick flip out of greed or hustle culture then that would piss me off but if they sold it because they really needed the money then I would be happy for them...

Its the same thing with gifts, like I enjoy buying gifts that people will love... one of my nephews is really into clothes and sneakers, so I'm happy to buy them for him because I know he loves that kinda thing and will look after them...

My youngest nephew isnt into clothes and sneakers like that, so its pointless getting him something exclusive because I know he wont care and will be playing soccer/football in those sneakers in less than a day and I'll cry everytime he kicks the ball

so I'll buy him stuff he'll love, like its really dope hes into 90s hip hop, so I get him vinyl or stuff he'll actually appreciate and cherish...
