If America was attacked today, do you have a plan?

LMAO at all these Rambos in here. Y'all know all you're gonna do is shut the fuck up, keep your head down and see how shit plays out.

Just like you're doing right now.
If some shit pop off that’s exactly what you’re suppose to do

It will take a long ass time to something to fix shit.

Gathering resources while laying low is the best thing you can do

So this was a conversation my wife and I had over the weekend. She really wants to plan something out, like definitive. And I pretty much told her, that's cool... I'll contribute, but we freestyling a lotta this shit regardless of what you plan for

Cuz ultimately, you have no fucking idea what you are planning for. You have no idea of the conditions. You have no idea of the severity of the attack. You have no idea what resources will be in demand, and what will be an abundance.

I totally understand the human need to plan and try to grasp some kinda control. But ultimately I think your ability to improvise and adapt will be greater than your idea to plan.

I'm fairly certain, it will take me very little time to have a whole tribe. Far too many people look at me as the kinda person that would do well in a completely unimaginable situation. It's kinda frustrating, but I already know I'm not allowed to panic,I have the personality of a guy with a plan, and I accept that folks would seek me out because.

How do y'all think y'all would fair?

No I don’t lol i have high blood pressure might be a liability

What is a good survival gun for less than 1000 dollars and will do everything I needed? My homie said get a .22 rifle and a hi-point. What do y'all think? I got no clue.
Get some really good knives too. Like start collecting them. And stash them everywhere.

Too expensive. My homie said to get a hi point.
Get a PCC. It’s 9mm but oftentimes you can get one in a rifle with a folding stock to use as a truck gun if you wanted. It’s good enough for a lot of game that we have in the U.S.. It’s plenty for defense against other humans. Ammo is cheap and readily available.

However, if possible, also grab you a shotgun. A shotgun is good enough to take down any game we have up here.

I always tell people either get a shotgun with a 9mm or get a .22 with a 9mm. If you’re able, get all 3 and you’re good. All 3 have ammo readily available, good for defense, and good for game. Please, don’t sleep on a .22 long rifle. Every person who is serious about any type of real fallout has one. You can takedown a boar with one and deer.

Yep universally 9mm will be good enough for most situations is 9mm…rather if you’re a gun person or not. Don’t wait till long.. these type of events tend to skyrocket ammo/gun prices and create shortages.

If you gotta survive on whatever meat you can kill, a Ruger 10/22 rifle and/or a 9mm carbine. If you can fit it in, try to cop a shottie too. Three of the most plentiful calibers will be .12 gauge, 9mm, and .22LR. At the same time, they will also be the most sought after.

A 9mm carbine and pistol, particularly if they both take Glock 17 magazines so you can use them interchangeably would be a good starting point. I'm building a Glock 17 pistol in the next few months and I already have a KelTec Sub2000 in 9mm that uses those magazines. 9mm from a rifle can carry enough power to kill a deer with good shot placement. You could also get a cheap Glock 19 clone and just use the G17 mags with it.

A shotgun will definitely put food on the table, as they always have.

In these pictures you’ll see an extended magazine in two different firearms.

The rifle is a PCC (carbine) by Ruger. It takes Glock magazines.

The pistol with the same magazine is a Ruger RXM. Both of these firearms take Glock magazines, so now I have a couple dozen Glock magazines because they’ll work for either gun. So, I have short and long gun options in 9mm. (BTW, Glocks are trash. They are reliable, like a Honda, but plenty of manufacturers make “better than Glock clones”. RXM is currently the best of Glock clones.

Also, I don’t have them pictured because they’re still in my range bag and I don’t feel like grabbing it, but I have a revolver and a rifle in .357. The part to know is a gun that shoots .357 can also shoot .38 caliber. However, not all .38 caliber guns can shoot .357.

With the setups of those 4 firearms I have interchangeability - 1 set of firearms that take the same magazine and ammo, and another set that takes the same ammo AND that can take multiple ammo types (.357 and .38).

These are old pictures. I have several other firearms not pictured including my .308 Blackout and .556 that also shoots .223.

(None of the firearms are loaded. Pictures are only for education around the similarities around each firearm.)

Gotta put that disclaimer.
