I had read a while back that it was almost the exact opposite. Granted, I haven't looked since just after the election so after the final counts came in shit prolly shifted.

Very true, and what I wrote was based on what I had read last year: that the majority of Latino voters had voted for Trump. I now know that's not the case.
What I do need to understand, however... And maybe you can shed some insight into this (until now I had no idea you were Latino), is where was the outcry when Barak and Biden were doing the same shit? Biden actually rounded up and deported more people than Trump in his first term and Obama was deporting entire families during his record-breaking Deport-A-Thon. But we didn't see the protests like that under either administration, only Trump's.
