That was most likely a cellphone. In the beginning of the girl in pink jacket that was taping you see him holding it up and then struggling to put it in his pocket after going to help the lady was pushed down by the ice agent then they immediately grab him. I only noticed that cause originally I thought he was reaching but I played it back several times. He definitely struggled to put the cellphone in his pocket.

Edit im hearing that he had a firearm permit so he very well could have had a gun on him at the time.

so we have two murders and one sexual assault caught on camera in the last two weeks
 
Not sure if this is real, but this is a slowed down video showing an agent taking the guy’s gun prior to being shot. He never pulled it himself.
