He’s a gay man who is afraid of living his truth because he embraced an institution that hates him, and because society is homophobic. I can’t imagine foregoing a loving relationship out of fear of of living my truth. I hope he knows that just because he chooses to remain single doesn’t mean he’s straight. He’s miserable and he knows it.
