This is an unrelated incident.
That’s fair he could’ve also slipped on a banana peel, fell on his face and landed on ice pick. Or tripped on a tree branch slipped, lost his balance, found himself on a freeway and got hit by a motor vehicle. The dead kid coulda also died by getting slammed on his head. The point is, he should mind his business and leave people alone and this situation coulda been avoided.
Disappointed in you bruhHe going away for a long time
Sooo what happened because everything sounds like speculation
The father "forgave" because the twin who ain't dead told him the truth and they're trying to get ahead of the bully narrativeThat was self defense….
I don’t run the courtsDisappointed in you bruh
You sound like a abw nigga
I don’t run the courts
The fact that he was touched first in a stand your ground stateThis aligns with what was reported before. What detail do you feel should change my opinion?
I addressed this already based on Texas lawThe fact that he was touched first in a stand your ground state
If you base your opinion off white supremacy I get it but that shouldn't be the knee-jerk reaction imo
That’s not how it works in TX
Has to be a proportionate response to the threat
Him touching him isn’t a legal free pass to pull out a flame thrower for example
Haven’t seen anything suggesting he feared being jumped but if I do I’ll respond to it. I’d think he would have mentioned that when questioned.Rubato are you forgetting the threat of being jumped?
What is proportionate at that point?

To me this seems like he was rejecting the idea of forced relocation, not physical injury.
If he can convince a jury otherwise then more power to him, but yall seem to be setting yourselves up to be let down.
