If we left things up to ABW

Black would get violated and not do shit to defend yourself

Use pronouns

Vote so everybody else can get benefits from this country except us

Jay Z will FRY over false allegations

There'd be more white people in the NBA

Etc, etc

Y'all collectively don't stand for shit

:cont:

I don't understand the objectivity yall show when white people are accosting black people.. which is a 500 year old practice in this country

We know first and foremost it's a racial anti-black Sundown Town Jim Crow situation

The fact that ABlackWeb doesn't approach it through that lens first is just.. wow

Y'all know damn well Karmelo felt like he was in 1925...1825

Havent been in nothing, life been on easy mode, only seen things from afar or heard about it from social media or TV. Never had to stand up for anything or go against anything anyone who could cut their supply off, such as a boss, authority figure or a bully.

Nothing has hit close to their front step that has caused friction or disturbance.

Life been on easy mode with a few minor errors thats not keeping their money or living situations cut short.

I can tell you how it's so easy for majority.

Once real life situations start to knock or tap on that shoulder, shit will start to look different.

I have only weighed in on the second question to this point, but as far as the first question, I think they were both dead wrong. Sometimes two people are pieces of shit and they collide into each other.

It was two big white dudes.

They approached him.

They initiated the altercation.

Things got physical.

He’s a kid; he probably panicked.

He had his knife with him.

You know the rest.

I may have missed some of the story. The white boys tried to physically make him leave, but was there a tussle/fight or the young man went straight for the knife?

My $.3 on the situation.

- We don’t know what was going through Karmelos mind in that situation, to say he should have did this or did that. Nor do we know what might have led up to this situation where he felt the need to carry a knife, leave that to actual psychologist not someone with tiktok, time, and a keyboard.
- I’m sure the media is going to paint the picture as a wht vs blk thing depending on how they’re trying to sway the situation.. it sucks but it ultimate involved a blk kid and white kid and had it been blk vs blk probably wouldn't be a big story.
- Hopefully they keep the same energy like they like to do when it involves a blk persons death at the hands of someone white.. time to dig up his or hers past, check their history w/ the law, any drugs in systems etc, families history.. any reason to blame his/her for their demise.
-the surviving twin isn’t going to come out and say his brother or him were might have been in the wrong or even help paint the picture that maybe his brother mindset at the time led up to the situationship. He gonna play the incident all american card like they do, same with the parents.
- ultimately white kid lost his life cause he didn’t mind his own business or let someone with authority handle the situation.
-bond shouldn’t have been the high in the first place, kids not a risk and is a 17 year old.. allow him a reasonable bond and handle it through the court. Had the shoe been on the other foot… you know damn well the bond would have been way lower for some wht guy. I’m sure they will call out the judges race that lowered the bond to paint yet another picture like they like to do.

Damn, looks like this story has evolved quite a bit from the initial "Evil black boy stabbed angelic white boy for no reason" narrative that was floated.
