How/When Did The Jews Become Powerful?

It was before WW2. The Holocaust was a result of them being powerful.
Basically, in Islam getting or paying interest on anything is Haram. That means its a sin to get or give a loan that has interest on it. You can let someone borrow money but you cant make money on that.
In Christianity, it was a sin to give and take interest until 200 or so years ago.
Naturally, Jews lived amongst Christians and Muslims, and they were the only ones that could make money on interest. In Judiasm, the law around interest is that you can charge non jews intrests. This led to a situation where Jews organically became the money lenders, and eventually owned all the banks.
Jews were also heavily persecuted against, so they naturally built a defense mechanism where they became artisans and reached high places in society while acting like they were christian or muslim publicly.
Add to that the Catholic Church and other ruling bodies as well as the ruling bodies of Islamic empires like the Ottomans tried to keep their people uneducated. Remember the catholic church was against the printing press and teaching folks to read. The Jews didnt have this issue cause they only ever has a loose ruling body. This allowed more jews to learn more money making skills.
These things go on and on. There are so many things were their own religion heavily blocked Muslims and Christians, but these laws didnt apply to jews.
You add centuries of the above and get to a place where the Jewish Elite accumulated all this power. Emphasis on the elite. The random Jew in Brooklyn doesnt have any of this power. They have privledge because jews look out for jews, but they not making any decisions.
All of this happened because market inefficiencies created by the religions in charge allowed Jews to naturally fill in the gaps. It wasnt a conspiracy, just naturally happened due to unintended consequences of the rules put in place by the ruling Muslim and Christian societies.
You cant blame the Jews for this. Im sure we all wish our peoples did that too.

Even with what has been posted in this thread. The crazy thing is that they aren’t that powerful.
Its like how cops are afraid of black people, like we have super human ability to take their own gun and beat them wit it.
