How much would you be willing to LOAN to a friend

Long story short, a friend of mine is in a predicament. Says he needs more than $1K.

As much as I want to help him out, that’s A LOT.

I told him I can help with some, but I don’t have the amount he needs.

So, how much would you be able to let go to help a friend in need?

I’d have no issue loaning any of my friends over $1k. I’ve done it in the past. And now that I think about it, one of them let me borrow $1k years ago when I needed it on short notice.

But I’ve also been on record as saying I’m never gonna lose a friend over money. So I don’t think twice.
