Too many.
My food cost is still high. I'm averaging probably about 800$ a month between groceries and eating out combined. I guess it could be worse. It's less than I was spending a year ago when I didn't have my car. Even though I was able to get around, the amount I was paying in tips, tax, delivery fees, and other fees from Uber, DD and other deliveries was absurd.
Trying to keep food under $500. It's too tempting to just go and get take-out though. And I don't always feel like cooking I'm not gonna even hold you.
