How do you prefer your wings?

Wet or dry?

Majority of the time I get my wings wet. However, the other day I ended up with someone else’s order and They wouldn’t take it back so I tried lemon pepper wings, they was good as hell! So now, I been craving that.

Old bay
Moon dust
A brown sugar based rub
I like to create my own rubs or look online for some. So some may not have a known name.

The fact that it takes you 10mins yo polish off some wings is astounding

But I agree, if they swimming in sauce the texture softens and get soggy

They not soggy, just ask for them to be fried extra crispy/hard then they’ll roll the wings in sauce.. they be fire !!

The only dry wings I like are lemon pepper and Cajun wings, and I ask for them to be grilled a little longer to make them a little crispy..

I’ve eaten Cajun wings plenty of times. The other stuff I ain’t never heard of in my life. I’ll be hesitant to try it too. It’s just how I am.
