How did you learn how to fight?

Did your daddy or uncle teach you? Your older brother? Did you just go out there swinging and knew what you were doing? Did you get your ass best first then learn?

Or do you not know how to fight at all?

I come from the Blood of David

It was about 4-5 cats my first fight and I was knocking them out like

I was that young kid who ain't really know how to fight but was never scared to fight. Like a potential ass kicking never bothered me. You're gonna have to SHOW me. After a handful of encounters, you kinda figure out what you're doing, if you have that mentality.

But naw, I wasn't one of them niggas blessed enough to have my pops in the garage showing my how to handle myself or whatever. I had to figure that shit out.

I think this is my son. He probably won’t ever initiate a fight but he ain’t afraid to do so if it comes to it.

my cousins showed me after i lost my first fight but never really had to fight after that . My cousins are well known so nobody really came at me. But i was ready incase i have too

My oldest brothers made my twin and I wear socks on our hands and we had to fight each other when we were kids

I honestly think that's how it should be. I tell people all the time you have to speak tp people in whatever language they understand and are fluent in. Most people understand and are fluent in words or body language. Every now and then, you run across a nigga who only understands violence. So...you gotta speak to them in that language.

Outside of that, I ain't tryna fight nobody.

Neighborhood had a warrior society.... Like everything we did circled around wrestling, slap boxing, pretending you knew kung fu, shit was wild... We fought like a million times

My uncle sat me down and taught me how to really box with gloves n shit when I was 13. I learned to really wrestle in highschool & college. I picked up bjj, boxing and sparring in gyms, alos mauy thai from like 2010-2013

This is the real answer to how hood niggas learn how to fight. Lol. Me and most the niggas I know came up from like age 7 or 8 slap boxing with the niggas in the neighborhood. Nigga had to learn on the fly or come home with niggas hand-print etched in ya face.

My cousins taught me. You know the deal. The runt of the bunch gets picked at and as you get older you get them tips. How to slip punches, block. Alot of these kids know how to throw but cant block or dodge a punch for shit. I only got into two real fights in my life and both ended with me rockin them niggas to sleep. Im passing that to my boys but i hope they never have to do it.

I agree. we used to slap box in the restroom or hallways in between switching classes in 7th grade. Sometimes punches ended up being thrown so the mood switch.

Slap boxing ended up in a real fight like 65% of the time around my way. A nigga would feel like he got hit too hard. Or a nigga ain't wanna play no more and we wasn't tryna hear that shit. Lol.
