Yeah, they made a huge mistake when they aged and replaced some of the characters halfway through the season.

The older characters.......mainly Rhaena.......just didn't have the same appeal.

It also didn't help when they gave multiple characters the same name.

Both of those decisions turned a lot of people off.

I don't know how they plan to do 4 seasons unless they slow the pace down a lot. The entire series is based on the second half of the Blood and Fire book

I watched the first couple episodes and never went back to it. It’s been mid so far imo, but I’ll check out the rest of the season.
