I prefer him with Washington. I feel like that is where he became appreciated. With the Rams, I saw him as a standout on a team that had a kinda so-so defense. Once he was with the Bills his rep was solidified and he became the crafty vet leader. Just my opinion tho. He's most def a hall of famer, but the comparison to Ray Lewis is why ALL Hall Of Fames should have tiers. I mean, there is greatness but there are levels of greatness. Ray is on a different level.
