Fun fact, clive barker, never liked the name pinhead. The studio chose that name. He wanted to keep "hell priest". Which they used in this film.

It was ok. Cgi could have been better but it is a straight to dvd type of movie. I liked that they explored more of the leviathan lore. They pulled some stuff from the comic book clive barker wrote. The costumes were pretty creative
