What is the copywrite tho?

If the lyrics were original.. the beat was original.. and the voices were generated by AI.. where is the copywrite infringement?

Unless they are saying because the songs were labeled Drake and Weeknd.. like if they called that shit a Blake and Weekday song would it still be infringement?

Not sure about copyright per se but them releasing it as "Drake and the Weeknd" would definitely violate some laws. Ai laws are slowly starting but using a knockoff version of their voices would also probably violate some likeness laws. The same way Goldie couldn't photoshop an ABW shirt on a photo of Drake and say "oh my god Drake loves our shirts, you guys should get one"
