Has Generation Z Produced Anybody Great At Anything?

I be catching some dope underground R&B music on this station I listen to. It's where I found Alex Isley at. Amaria, Cleo Sol, Ravenna, Alex Isley, Ego Ella May, Ama Louise and TwentyThree to name a few keep hope alive.

As far as rap, drill music aka spinning blocks aka Michael Myers music killed it. What's even worst is when I see my generation putting their ears through torture and trying to be "fans" of it like they never heard better music before. Like I recently seen someone sharing this drill rapper music from my hometown. Folks capping by saying it fire, so they won't be accused of hating

What's particularly crazy to me is how cats from Tha D gravitated towards that shit and now act like we ain't have a sound or rappers before the last 10 years or so and cats around my age jumped right on the bandwagon. Like AWOL, DMW, Awesome Dre, Eastside Chedda Boys, Marv Won, Slum Village, and 'nem wasn't out.

There's still plenty of good r&b and rap music being made and it's more accessible than ever. Hell some rap fans started complaining that the older rappers in their 40s and 50s are still out rapping and putting on better shows and albums than younger ones. The genres ain't dead..oversaturarted? Probably. But dead? Hell no

Payroll Giovanni has been consistently dropping fire music for a few years now.

I grew up in Chattanooga, TN (Southeast). I still reach back to see what's going on at the crib via FB. They were crazy for this rapper name Slatt Zy before he went to jail. He's kinda on that drill style.
