Has anyone used a Sensory Deprivation/Isolation/Float Tanks?

Anyone tried a float tank before?? I've heard for awhile a lot about their benefits, but i havent tried one myself. We have one here in AK, but the nearest facility to me is about 40 mins away. Was just wondering if anyone has used them before and if it was an enjoyable experience. Ive heard it does a lot of great things for your mind.
