My mom was a foster parent starting when I was 10 until I was 13 or 14. A lot of the kids were special needs. Functioning special needs, but still a lot of issues. Didnt have any huge incidents but there were definitely stressful times

My sisters bff mom had issues and signed over parental guardianship, she lived with us from 15-18.
