If im not mistaken, Unbreakable and Split werent very well received either. Split may have been, but I know Unbreakable only has like a 63% on Rotten Tomatoes and similar scores elsewhere. I dont know if ill go opening day, but ill definitely be checking this out in theaters.

Regardless if im excited for the film or not, im ALWAYS hesitant on Shamalayan films tho.

Yeah split was alright. Tbh I had no interest in it until I heard it connected to unbreakable so I finally gave it a watch. Itll be cool to see them all come together after all this time tho.

I watched it today. I liked it tbh. Within the first 15 minutes I had a lot of doubts but if you liked unbreakable I think you could appreciate this. Got better as it went on. Wasnt nothing mind blowing either though, just liked it more than I thought i would having low expectations beforehand. I'd say 7/10
