The poor education of the youth is another reason why this country is cooked. I saw a vid of a young teacher the other day talking about an exercise in math class where the students needed a number to start with and she told them use the number associated with their birth month. She said they didn't understand. So she tried to explain better and they still didn't get it. She then asked them what month of the year is January and not one kid in her class knew the answer.
