Only saw a few cats that will walk on a leash. My kid's cat being one of them. Most cats arent that thrilled to be tied to a leash even to hang out outside, because they want to roam!

Yea, most would probably immediately spend most the the time trying to free themselves from the leash. Hell, I had a cat a long time ago that was a inside cat. One day I let it out the back door cause I was 80 percent sure it wouldnt bolt off. It took a couple steps into the yard and felt that dirt on its hand and went back in the house. Her paws were too high class for that filth.
