The ingredients would suggest it is hence the name. Modern science proved it to be bullshit. Once it cooks those ingredients become inactive and don't affect your digestive system whatsoever.

I tried homies 1cup sugar (no syrup) method cuz he swore they were the truth.

My son loved it had 2

Wife and baby girl said it was good but too sweet.

Nothing mind blowing but it do be fire and you don’t need syrup Use buttermilk instead of regular milk, pinch of flour. About 3 eggs cup of sugar, cinnamon teaspoon of vanilla. Pan fry it up and dust with confectioners sugar if you like
