The worst you'll see on this documentary is a guy holding his unit and it's blurred out. And some groping and a chick pulling her pants down but she got panties on....
hell even one of the last scenes they got a couple in the bed fully clothed and the faces are blacked out .

That's a lot tamer than I was expecting lol

I figured they wouldn't show any sex acts and it'd be like mardi gras flashing with black bars over the exposed parts
 
I bet there was a lot of threats of lawsuits and some stuff got revamped. Probably why it took so long to come out maybe?
