I got some travel size goodies from the spring Sephora sale...

Phlur rose whip has redeemed the entire phulr line for me. Other then missing person all of the fragrances I've tried from this house made me smell like I didn't shower and just sprayed perfume over my funk. But this gives spice, floral and a light musk in the dry down.

Paco Rabanne is another line I don't care for at all so when million gold for her came out last year I didn't even attempt to smell it, and the only reason I even put this to my nose was because I accidentally sprayed it when trying another fragrance. Baby this fragrance smells so damn good!! I sniffed the test strip in store immediately rolled my eyes back and said fuck. A full bottle will be purchased.

JPG Divine smells like you're on beach with a bunch of yellow florals. It might be too heavy on the yellow florals, but I still wanted to try it.

JM nectarine and honey blossom smells like freshly picked nectarines that aren't fully ripe yet. I don't get any honey or blossoms, but I think it will be great for really hot days and I just want to smell fresh.

I picked up wild daisy strictly for the banana flower note. I got some body care items that will go perfectly with it.

Dope, I want to try the Phlur fig fragrance at some point... I've been looking for a figgy fragrance for spring/summer...

@Water Ur Seeds another fragrance you should get your nose on is fig infusion by essential parfums. It's fig, tea, citrus, cedar, and orange blossom to add an extra touch of sweetness. Great price point too...

Sweet, I'll put that on the to try list... The tea note sounds refreshing too...

Also has anyone ever bought a fragrance and regretted it??? I bought 'Miller Harris - Wander In The Park' last year as it was in the sale and I liked the smell but I wore it last week and just didnt enjoy it... Its strange I like the smell, just not on me... Now Im stuck with 100mls of the stuff!!! smh

I've gotten got more then a few times, I would see fragrances get hyped up online, blind buy it then it not work. I've slowed down on blind buying full bottles.

Yeah blind buying is risky business, I dont think Ive ever blind bought a whole bottle before...

I was gonna blind buy Guerlain Homme EdP as I love the discontinued EdT version but Im still hesitating...

So annoying I cant find a sample, houses should make it so much easier to test their fragrances...

Green Irish Tweed is flames

And yet another shameless AI plug, I been using it for fragrance recommendations. It seems like all of my favorites only stay on you for a few hours so I been looking to change that.

“Recommend a cologne that smells like X but lasts longer”

“I enjoy these 5 colognes, recommend 10 more that are similar but longer lasting”

Green Irish Tweed was one my signatures for years, such an incredible fragrance...

Its annoying how they changed it, if youve not had a chance to smell a pre 2017 version try and get your nose on it, youre see how deeper, richer and natural it was...

Unfortunately there are so many fakes its just too stressful (and expensive) to buy a vintage version... Though if I knew I was getting a legit bottle I would pay big money for a forever bottle...

If you do ever look on eBay etc a heads up that Creed never cellophane wrapped their fragrances until I think it was around 2019... So any 'vintage' Creeds in cellophane is a red flag...

Hmm I only copped a sample (yes it was from eBay) but I’m a big fan

I still like the new one, I just dont love it... I've got a few sample vials from the local Creed counter that I will defo use... Had I not smelt the vintage Creeds I would probably be all over GIT and VIW but it just pisses me off how they destroyed their classics...

People boycott Creed for the fake backstories and the stealing of Bourdon's work etc I dont really care about that tbh the fragrances were fire and thats all that really matters for consumers at the end of the day... what put me into the 'fck Creed' camp is the diluting and essentially ruining of their fragrances... They literally fckd up 3 or 4 of my favourite fragrances smh

I just realised that I sound like a bitter ex lol

Yall ever had this experience smelling a new scent for the first time?

“Ohhh this that strong ass shit I smell everywhere that I hate….damn”

Just tried TF Oud Wood and that was my experience

Had some samples come in.

Byredo:
Mojave Ghost
Bal d'Afrique

Initio:
Musk therapy
Paragon
Narcotic Delight
Oud for greatness NEO

I think i will get a travel size of the Oud for greatness NEO.

Narcotic delight - i don't think I'm a fan of cherry fragrances.

Mojave ghost - i tried to like this but clean fragrances don't really "wow" me. It smelled nice but so does laundry fresh out the dryer. Thats what I got from it. Not worth the price.
