Hate to say it, but he's probably done as far as head coaching jobs go.


Damn shame too because he did a good job in Miami.


But, right or wrong, the other owners are gonna freeze him out because of the situation with him and the Dolphins' owner.

I understand where you’re coming from but I disagree.. Flores is an above average coach and good coaches are hard to come by..

The Rooney rule is stupid. I get why they came up with it, but these shenanigans are really the natural consequence of that rule. It was never meant to increase diversity among coaches. It's there to give the illusion that the NFL gives a shit about diversity among coaches.
