I dig that, but there needs to be a code set as a foundation. The problems you listed, there are black people right now that have over come them on an individual level. But they can still be targeted because the enemy rallies together on one idea to fuck they shit up. White America has a plethora of problems in there community, everyone does, so our communities not being perfect isn't all too blame. Perfecting them isn't even realistic, humans ain't built for that.

People can rally under their religion, sports team, and everything else. I'm just saying folks rally under a common code, Neely Fuller's Jr Compensatory Code to be exact, if only just a little. It's far more practical than just expecting everyone to be saints in their hoods. Consider this just a friendly reminder of what should be in the back of everyone mind while discussing solutions.

Fnancial literacy is a must, we have to break the cycle of not knowing about simple banking. Break the cycle of renting compared to owning. Buying property imstead of rims and blowobl money on cars before you own a house.

Being in the field (banking) you'd be surprised at the number of adult black men and women that don't understand even the basics of financial literacy.

And sometimes peoole make so many bad decisions young that it's a constant uphill battle when it comes to credit to get back on level ground...

It is the most influential thing outside of parents to me.

And y’all like to say black culture is the most copied thing in the world and the culture is spread through the music.

to some degree, yes....hate to admit it but its become more and more evident the older I get

nobody else's music consumes the kids lives like ours does.....I cant point out country music culture, or rock culture.....those kids were just kids when the music stopped.....ours kinda stays with us

thinking back, some of us are actually raised by that shit and try to live by it

better parenting/guidance in the home makes a difference, but when thats not there the music does most of the influencing....not to mention the videos

I dont blame hip hop as a whole or even particular rappers....but I'd be an idiot to say music has no role in the mindframe of a lot of the community

not to even get into self image and self worth.....there's sooooo many lyrics literally telling the listener "you aint shit if you dont have this, this, and that" "im outta your league" "I'll take your bitch" yadda yadda......there's only so much of that a developing mind can process as real or fake or entertainment vs real life

its touchy and nobody wants to deal with it.....because yeah I still love Project Pat and Too Short, etc......but yes its a problem
