Form looks improved. Confidence is key tho. Franz has great touch arounf the rim and at the line. I think his struggles are mostly mental with the three ball
Extremely underrated. Takes on the toughest assignment vs the other teams best wing/Guard on most nights. As great as Suggs is he isn’t as disciplined as Franz on that end and can get into foul trouble. Franz will lock up in one on one and off the ball threat weakside. Does a great job of fighting through screens either making it through completely or forcing the refs hand in calling an offensive foul.
I personally see him as an all nba level defender but I think he gets overshadowed due to two things in particular. One being he plays on a team full of defensive Aces and the other being he doesn’t really make a ton of highlight plays on that end ie Amen/Mobley/Suggs/Isaac.

France has done a really good job of keeping the pipeline strong.....Spain hasn't really been able to transition to the next era from the golden age. Like they still have talent but not top tier guys...not young dynamic point guard is killing them
