I wouldn't call one line a diss. Atleast not enough to warrant a full blown diss track. Plus it's business. He knows Em is using Joe's name as his roll out, shit he used Joe as fuel for the entire album. He's saying drop a real diss track.
 
Its funny that Joe has this confidence of being a better rapper than Em now that hes retired and has a riff with him. Was nothing but praise for Em and calling him the GOAT prior to Revival.

A Joe Budden vs Eminem could be easily one of the greatest rap beefs of all time. The potential of those diss records...

The whole time Joe shit on Revival while on ES he never even listened to the album.

He ain't respond to the biggest rapper in the world earlier this year when he threw a shot, not sure why people are surprised he's not responding to the little shot Em threw.
