I think Budden may actually respond to this one. He's on his IG story playing a bunch of his old shit and then playing Em including the track mentioning him on Kamikaze.

Might mean nothing, but if Em dissing him won't make him rap then nothing will.

He’s not a racist.

He made those irrelevant “shock jock” verses years ago, and 99% of the black hip hop community have been “defending” him just like I am today.
