Elon and SpaceX aren't wrong here. Neither me or my coworkers ever looked at U.S. persons meaning anything more than citizens and permanent residents. When we were all hired, it was citizens and permanent residents. It was explicitly stated as such during the hiring process. I don't know when the fuck they started saying refugees were also eligible under ITAR. It doesn't even make sense, the reason for the hiring requirements are related to national security. What the fuck are they even talking about? A mfer can just show up at the border or an embassy and say "I want asylum" and then just go and work for Raytheon? Bullshit feel good politics will be the death of us all.

I don't have a dog in this fight. But the ADL has been bullshit for decades with us. Same group that tried to end MJ's career saying he was anti-semetic. Same group that said $500k wasn't enough from Kyrie. Same group that went hard to stop Jesse Jackson's 84' presidential run. Same group behind getting Arsenio kicked off his show. And all of that is off the top of my head.

They better not mess with my twitter investment lol.
