I bought my daughter a 3d printer last Christmas only for it to have an issue with the calibration and I was supposed to fix it months ago but it's just been sitting in her room

It was only $100 but still. It's a huge ass paper weight at this point. The one time I tried to fix it, I just got so overwhelmed cause the filament wouldn't stick to the mat for anything and I just said fuck it.

Every week she comes over she asks when an I gonna fix it 🥹
 
Bought my daughter a nice ass camera because she loves to take pictures so I was trying to encourage that affinity and maybe that's something one day she'd make a career of who knows, just for it to still be sitting in it's box unopened a year later. Pissed AF. And my gf is all like we shouldn't take gifts away. It was a gift. FUCK THAT!

She does and it wasn't for just taking selfies she genuinely likes to take pics of nature, animals etc. idk bro
