for insomnia?

Ain’t had to sleep at a certain time all summer. I deprived myself of sleep to get back on track because I return to work next week. Fell asleep at 8pm and woke the hell up at 1 am, fell back asleep at 5am woke up at 8am. Now here I am back at square one. I was sleepy earlier, just can’t fall asleep.

I even put the chamomile oil in my diffuser.
 
force yourself to get up and move around in the morning.

jetlag usually lasts a week for me before i get back on track.

but lately my sleep pattern been all fucked up.

try some tylenol PM or motrin PM.
 
eat dinner earlier

give yourself at least a couple hours w/ no internet or tv before bed

blast the a/c

workout/burn more energy in the day time

if all else fails, weed and zzzquil>>>>>>>>>>>>>
 
Working out gives me energy.
I found the solution though. It’s these nature sounds. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that.

Melatonin is usually the answer.

If you're taking prescribed meds for diabeetus, epiplepsy, etc then you need to check with a doctor first, but aside from that melatonin will put your ass right to sleep.
