I follow 1 but that's because we have literally known each other since we were children and grew up together and our families have always been close. We both now married w/ our own families so there's nothing odd to be thought about the fact that we still keep in some contact with each other. Hell her and my now wife were good friends in HS too and they talk even more frequently than we do.
