Do You Eat Dinner At The Dinner Table?

We do the table.

We have an island in the kitchen that we use to eat at.

And the floor plan is open so you can be in the kitchen to eat and have the TV on in the living room, but we usually have the tv to our back.

When we have company though, we use the table in the dining room.

Either way its super rare for us to eat in the living room in front of the tv.

My living room is a big open area and I have my dinning table there as well. I eat at the table but there is a tv in the room as well.

Generally speaking at the table. Its pretty rare that I eat in front of the TV, however I'll eat at my desk if I have work to do after-hours... Which, coincidentally, is in the living room across from the TV.

Nah, I just cook the shit and yell to upstairs to my son when it's done. Then he comes downstairs and grabs his plate and heads back up to his cave and eats. My daughter eats wherever she happens to be when the food is ready. On the floor in the living room/her room while she plays with her dolls, on the couch watching tv, whatever.

There's a dinner table in my dining room that I primarily eat at, and I'll eat at the breakfast room table too... The kids like to eat at the side table bordering the living and dining room so the can see the TV. If everybody is eating together I'll make them sit at the main table.... But if it's a free for all, I don't mind the border table

Lunch (if im not at work) and breakfast in the kitchen but dinner in the dinning room, with the TV on in the background lol

Also find if I dont sit and eat at table properly it messes with my digestion...

I havent since i was a kid. Usually i would just go sit on the couch or bed in front of the tv. These days im standing at the high chair feeding the kid while I eat too

We used to a lot more when the kids were younger, but now it’s a chore to force them to the table, lol. We still do occasionally, but we’re not as strict about it.
